Boogie is a seasoned entrepreneur, having started several businesses in a span of thirty (30) years. Early on during the 80's, Boogie and his wife Queenie started a computer supplies retail business named E.C. Electronic Cottage Computer Systems that eventually branched out into software development and computer hardware and accessories. This company later on became Elcott, Inc. and was supplying the Elcott brand of PC-compatible computers to school computer laboratories like Trinity College of Quezon City, Adamson University, and Ateneo de Manila University.
In the 90's Boogie started Innobar Technologies Corporation with former BIR commisioner and former Congresswoman Liwayway Vinzons-Chato as one of its partners. He became its President and CEO. The company specialized in enterprise software development in the areas of Human Resource Information System, Sales Force Automation, and Accounting Systems. It counted the likes of Astra-Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, Ford Philippines, Ayala Group of Companies, and Copylandia as some of its corporate clients.
At the turn of the millennium, Boogie established an ICT company with Queenie named Elcott CyberOutsource, a company that specialized in Web Solutions like website development and hosting, and ICT Training, offering seminars in the areas of website development and hosting, content management systems, and Internet entrepreneurship. The company is now known as CyberOutsource Philippines, Inc.
