Four Root Causes How Illness Enters Our Body

how illness enters our body

There are primarily two ways that illness enters our system, we either “catch” something or we develop them ourselves. Generally, four root causes contribute to either of these two:

1.    Too much toxins in the body.

Toxins are chemicals that get introduced into our body that may have harmful or even poisonous effects on our system. They come from the food that we eat and the water that we drink, and sometimes even from the air that we breathe. Chemicals that are used to prepare the food that we eat also find its way into our body. Although our bod is designed to process these toxins through our liver and kidneys and excrete them from our system through our sweat and body wastes, a disproportionate presence of toxins in our body will cause our vital organs to work hard and may end up not being able to cope anymore.

2.    Nutritional deficiencies.

Nutritional deficiency may happen in two ways. One, we may not be able to provide an adequate supply of essential nutrients like vitamins and minerals in our diet resulting in malnutrition or worse, disease. Two, we may be ingesting sufficient quantities but our body is failing to absorb the required nutrients in its required amounts.

These nutritional deficiencies will in turn lead to a deprivation of important nutrients to our vital organs. Eventually, this will cause minor illnesses at first but if the deficiency continues will lead to more serious, debilitating, or even fatal episodes.

3.    Unreleased mental and emotional stress.

Although mental and emotional stress are health concerns in themselves, failure to manage them properly may lead to other, sometimes more serious, physical manifestations. Among the physical ways it can manifest are tension headaches; chest pains; upset stomach, diarrhea, and constipation, and nausea; acne and other skin problems, trouble sleeping or insomnia; and reproductive issues: Low sex drive, erectile dysfunction, irregular periods & low fertility.
It is dangerous to dismiss the conditions associated with unreleased mental and emotional stress as merely psychosomatic. Studies have shown that by worrying about certain illnesses and starting to manifest their symptoms although only psychosomatically, this will eventually lead to a lowering of one’s immune system and may lead to actually acquiring the illness being dreaded.

4.    Exposure to electromagnetic chaos.

A post on Energetic Nutrition’s blog revealed the following:

“Studies confirm what the cellular phone corporations do not want you to know. Even casual use of a cellular phone can damage the DNA in sensitive areas of your brain … The effect of this damage has been linked to cancer, memory loss and even sterility.”

Although some earlier studies on old cellular mobile phone models have revealed that the risk of cancer through exposure through these electromagnetic chaos may take 25 years to develop, more recent studies have shown that the newer types of 3G phones and later models have increased this danger four-fold and may cause the risk of brain cancer to develop within as short as five (5) years.
